Our operatives are trained in the following areas to ensure they have the correct skills to provide our services to the highest standards:

• PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufacturers Association)
• IPAF (International Powered Access Federation)
• Confined Space
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme)
• Inhouse Training Toolbox Talks

All our cleaning operatives are in-house trained to our expected standards which is monitored throughout their career with us. We provide on-site Talk Box Talks to all operatives to ensure their skills are refreshed and updated with new regulations.

Management Qualifications

All our Managers and Supervisors have the following training and qualifications as standard to provide a competent and high standard delivery of service throughout the company.

• IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health)
• NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health)
• SSSTS (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme)
• CITB (Construction Industry Training Board)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
